BACKGROUND
Mr. Moffitt started his career as a Government Attorney. Mr. Moffitt’s work in the field of criminal law dates back to 2002, when he was admitted to the Florida Bar Association.
He first received a Bachelor Degree from the University of Delaware in 1994. He then attended law school in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2001.
In 2004, he went into private practice and has been defending the accused ever since.
